BOBBIE BOWDEN
"I offer my vision and whatever ability I have to translate energy into shape and color to the Divine.
"I approach a piece knowing that it already exists somewhere, and what I need to do is get out of the way and let my unfettered creative nature flow through me and out my fingers. In these moments, I am aware that I am in the altered state of consciousness I call Heaven."

Energy Portrait of Jan Phillips

SUDARSHAN DESHMUKH
Although Sudarshan loves painting, she also enjoys working with wood, metal, glass and ceramic tiles. She relishes transforming these seemingly static substances into dynamic works that resonate with delicacy, softness and pliancy. Her works range from the abstract to the designative, and her inspiration is derived from a wide range of sources, including internal issues and meditations, technology, and the natural environment.

JAVIER CHAVIRA
"What inspires my work has to be, without a doubt, the natural world. A universe where forms repeat themselves in a plethora of living things. My work becomes a metaphor for the continuity and commonality of all forms of life. I instinctively portray only sections of forms to heighten a sense of ambiguity and mystery to each piece. Every viewer will have their own interpretation of what is being portrayed. The common element that will unite their interpretation will be that this form can only be organic in nature."

PATRICIA MOORE
"I have to find something positive to paint. Even the new series which started after that horrible earthquake in India and expanded to include the devastation at the World Trade Center, is about Spirit Guides helping the souls of those who were killed to heaven."
